This is my place to share my painting and drawing, and the odd bit of creative writing with family and friends who no longer live nearby. I set it up as the feedback and support is invaluable in encouraging me along. I have an ancient A-level and have done the odd evening class, but am pretty much self-taught, pushing myself along happily, experimenting and practising and making mistakes! Pine Cone

I'm pleased with this one, it was a lot of hard work but I ejoyed it. It took about 6 hours, on and off. The pine cone is a biggy, with some vicious spikes on it! I think we picked it up in Canada or the US.
really beautiful ! You could print this on fabric and make a nice cushion !
